Richards is absolute trash. I swear I get wound up when people keep calling for him to be in the England squad.
Rafael has never been on point defensively. The guy is a walking disaster.
-----------
Again, he's been brilliant this season. By the sounds of it Jenkinson has seen similar improvements. Both sets of fans universally agree on this so I'm willing to accept that they're right.
You've not watched him this season then Kamran, he's been a tank. He's stopped so many wingers threatening down the right, and he's blocked off so many balls crossed in from the opposition. He's class
I have to say Zab is better at right than young raf
if we're going on form this season, then Mertesacker has to be in there.
There really is a lack of strikers in London
Manchester appear to be hoarding them all!
Mertesacker is good, he should probably be in a London XI
Kam, defensively Rafael has been brilliant this season. It's a fallacy that he cannot defend. I actually think it's te strongest part of his game. Lapses in concentration is his major flaw. But all young defenders have that. Rio being the biggest culprit in his younger days. But was still an amazing defender, and when he cut that out f his game he became one of the best. Hopefully Rafa can do the same.
Kam what have you made of Kos and Verm form recently
I wouldn't base these on form. It's better to look at their overall abilities. Obviously, it's hard to judge the likes of Sagna, Wilshere and Vidic properly due to injury.
People are forgetting about Berbatov! Class act.
I know it says London, but the article did state Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs. If it was London then I'm sure most people would have Berbatov or Andy Carroll in there.
Fair enough if Rafael has been better defensively this season. I've seen most Man Utd games this season and he hasn't really stood out (that's probably a good thing for a defender). I'll keep a close eye on him.
Dave, Koscielny has had an average start to the season, but he didn't have a proper pre season. I'm sure he'll pick up soon. He's been alright, but compared to last season, average so far.
Vermaelen has picked up from where he left off last season. Making stupid mistakes, giving away silly fouls all the time etc. He's immune to criticism by some of our fans. Koscielny and Merte are our best CBs by far.
So are we basing the teams on the season so far?
Kos and Mert should be your first choice CB's, but aren't they both right footed?
Hart
Rafael Kompany Vidic Clichy
Silva-Yaya-Rooney?
Tevez RVP Aguero
Vs
Cech
Sagna Cahill Vermalen Cole
Oscar Dembele
Cazorla Mata Hazard
Torres
Would be an interesting game. Not sure, 4-4 probably

Yeah but right-footed players are far more comfortable with their left foots than left footed players are with their right. Plenty of top teams around Europe play with two right-footed CBs.
In fact, all of Man Utd's CBs are right footed!

Ah, I didn't read that. Fair enough.
Ah feck, the BT man had just arrived to fit mu infinity so im off but ill be back faster than ever laters guys
Imagine the quality of these top sides if all of United and City's strikers were divided among them.
Who do we have from our London clubs to play at Centre Forward? We are all behind the Manchester clubs in this position and therefore the better team would not necessarily win.
I doubt Falcao would take a step down to join Chelsea.
Torres what's going on here, Berbatov is on form and would work well with Hazard/Mata/Cazorla, which has to be the attacking line. Midfield of Arteta and Mikel. Defence of Cole, Terry, Koscielny, Ivanovic and Cech in goal. Bias? You bet!
