TEAM NEWS
Wolves boss Stale Solbakken has no new injury concerns but could freshen things up after the 2-2 home midweek draw with Bolton Wanderers.
They remain without a host of players, having lost summer signings Slawomir Peszko and Razak Boukari on top of the loss of fellow wide man Stephen Hunt.
Charlton could welcome Matt Taylor back after recovering from a foot injury that has kept him out since August.
Winger Dale Stephens looks like he will miss out with a tight hamstring.
MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head
• Wolves are chasing a fifth successive Championship victory over Charlton. The Addicks have not prised a point off them since their 2-0 home win in the Premier League in January 2004.
• Charlton's most recent of only five league victories at Molineux was also in the same season, when they prevailed 4-0 in August 2003 despite ending with 10 men having had Scott Parker sent off.
• Wolves need to score four goals to total 150 in competitive matches against Charlton, whereas the London club need two to take their corresponding total to 100.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
• Stale Solbakken is hoping to inspire sixth-placed Wolves to their seventh league win of the season, having gained one in the last four.
• They have already racked up 11 home points, one shy of the total accrued in the whole of last season's relegation campaign from the Premier League.
• The Black Country club have opened the scoring in an unrivalled nine Championship matches, but have failed to do so in the last two.
Charlton Athletic
• Charlton have picked up one win in five league outings, and two in the last 10.
• They have already lost five league games, which equals their number of defeats in last season's promotion campaign from League One.
• Chris Powell's club have not scored more than two goals in any match this term.
1 win in 4. Three points today is a must.
