Oh come on. United are famous for let's say, getting decisions when they need them. Or should I say- infamous. You don't stay in the game as long as Fergie without making a few friends in high places. It's just human nature.
I don't resent it. I knew something crazy was going to happen once we got back to 2-2 on sunday. I am cynical like that.

.....
Same, that Ivanovic is a reckless fella.
The refs are scared of Fergie, maybe the FA should recruit a few refs that can grow a pair and not shít in their pants over a 70 year old man.
No-one's wound up here. We're laughing at you.
You really think you're going to get that kind of luck and ref bias tomorrow too?
...............................................................................................
LOL.
Oh the irony in this post! Did you complain about Clattenburg's performance last season when you beat Man City 2-1 at The Bridge? Three very favourable decisions went Chelsea's way that night that clearly altered the course of the game. Did you moan then? No of course you didn't.
btw the apparent bias of Clattenburg on Sunday?
No pen given for Luiz handball (very similar to pen given to Chelsea v United in 08 at The Bridge which turned out to be the winning goal).
No pen given for Evans being manhandled in the box by a Chelsea player.
Torres stays on the park despite his first half very dangerous karate kick lunge at Cleverley.
Mikel staying on the park near the end.
Swings and roundabouts.
Thanks for that "objective" assessment. I am getting used to those kinds of well-reasoned arguments from United fans today. Very amusing, keep them coming.
Sooo many bites. I smell a sequel to Jaws coming up!!
The term ABU is a joke, seriously mate grow up. Also the rubbish I've been reading about ref bias is so stupid. Refs make mistakes all the time, why when it goes in Man Uniteds favour is it suddenly bias? I watch a lot of the Premiership elite and decisions seem to even themselves out so quit with the conspiracy ref bias crap.
I'd just instruct the stewards to confiscate any inciteful banners at the turnstiles.
But then, I'm a bigger buzzkill than Buzz Killington.

There are some whopper's out there who genuinely take pleasure at MUFC losing. Type 'Anyone But United' into google and I'm sure you'll find loads of forums with bitter drivel.

An example.
NIS there are bitter fans everywhere, but defining a term is OTT. Internet forums are breeding grounds for paranoid conspiracy types so don't join them with this ABU crap.
I'm yet to speak to anyone in person who said that Man United had ref bias against Chelsea.

Fair play, I don't really believe in the term, hate using it to be totally honest, just used it as it was easier to write than '.....will have all the anti-Man United fans frothing'
I agree, there is a lot of hate online, but if you were to speak with some of these types in person, they'd feel like idiots defending the opinion that Clattenburg was bias in Man Uniteds favour. I mean seriously, what total nonsense.
There were key ref mistakes this weekend in the Arsenal and Liverpool games, to name but a few, which further highlights the human mistakes not bias point.

Good grief no
We only get a decision at The Bridge about once a decade.
Sure it will be back to business as usual there come Wednesday with Chelsea getting them all
Hah, spoken like a true United fan.

Everyone likes to believe that. Wasn't it Schopenhauer who said that "truth is but an illusion to anchor us to the realm of reality"?

I'll have to take your word for that
Back to the proper stuff though; I hope both Chelsea and United play their second teams tomorrow. Otherwise I can genuinely see it being a bit feisty and someone getting injured. Don't want to see that.
Only the League cup.
4th priority for both clubs. RVP and Rooney arn't even travelling.
we did actually play a fairly strong line-up at Newcastle so I can't see u going to weak.
Middling sorta team for both I reckon. Ando Clevs Fletch and Nani possibly with Welbs and Chich up front
Backline could include Keane and Vermijl with Buttner looking a cert
