He won't do either. Therefore, I'm quite happy. But thanks for asking

Sounds like the Nasri, Cesc, Rvp sinario all over again!!! He is going for free in the summer, get use to the idea.

We could send Jahmene from XFactor instead, Theo could be in on it.

Why would he leave a top 3 team for a mid-table average spurs side.

Sounds nothing like their scenarios to me because I don't remember any of them going on a free, but as PHW would say, thank you for your interest in our affairs...mug

It would be a massive mess up by the board if he left for free but after losing Henry, Vieira, Cesc, RVP etc etc it's not a big deal in comparison.

Not as crazy as you think. Spurs are above Arsenal, and almost finished above last year. Ade is unhappy, Defoe is getting older, Dempsey too.

Spurs need new strikers, and Theo fits the bill. He's young, he's English, and he'd be pretty cheap / free. He's also a household name and very, very marketable.

All these players use the boards lack of negotiation skills to bargain their way out of the club. Walcott will use Arsenal to get a good contract offer, match it elsewhere and add a nice £5m signing on fee to make up for the free transfer.

Just like you all thought RVP wouldn't leave for a rival last season, Walcott will do the same, I expect to City or Chelsea.

Dont pretend you were being serious

Why are you so confident he will stay? Your board not securing contracts early enough and losing the upper hand in transfers. It has a de ha vu feel to it, I can just see the arsenal board in over load when the bb report a fee agreed elsewhere in January.

no busby

The prospect of Walcott leaving is very real... but joining tottenham?

No-one seems to be giving any reasonable reason why he couldn't / wouldn't?

1) Tottenham have a tighter wage budget than Arsenal - they wont offer him as much as others

2) He probably has more respect than that - he didnt celebrate when he grabbed his first goal of the season against Southampton

3) Theo isnt an AVB kind of signing and its not like the spurs fans would be keen on it

You should have been able to work that out for yourself

That would be awful..why spurs of all jokers?
