John Barnes, especially in the 87/88 season. He was unplayable, every time he got the ball you knew something special was going to happen.

Certainly Best was great entertainer - Law too. I was thrilled most by Greaves and Tambling for my team, but that's talking about favourite players.

The ones who really seemed to love the game are loved in return - in fact loved disproportionately more, because they were not necessarily the best players.
