Robert
Ben Arfa

Thudd............... do you know anything about football
Barnes, McManman, Fowler, Gerrard, Suarez.
Andy .. all good shouts
do you think buying asprilla in the jan window cost you the title.. great player but a little selfish
yeah and Beardsley, loved watching him play.
Thudd. your heading for a one match ban
beardsley.. great little player
how come England has stopped producing talent like that
Wear no way and you'll never hear a toon fan say that he did! Sky seem to have got it into their heads we did though Tino is still very much loved and only today he said he'd love to manage us
Because now they all have to be boring and pass it sideways.
John Barnes, especially in the 87/88 season. He was unplayable, every time he got the ball you knew something special was going to happen.
Ok, I'll be serious now...
Mido!
Certainly Best was great entertainer - Law too. I was thrilled most by Greaves and Tambling for my team, but that's talking about favourite players.
The ones who really seemed to love the game are loved in return - in fact loved disproportionately more, because they were not necessarily the best players.
Everyone I know over forty says Steve Heighway was the most exciting player ever.
