we deserved to lose

tough sh.it.

I don't accept this, all we want as fans is to see Wenger and his players give 110% instead giving us snooze football. We want is work rate and passion, playing players in their right substitutions, picking up the correct line up....Doing the simple things like defending, crossing, shooting and tackling. Once we see efforts and applications then even if we lose we can say, well we were beaten by a better side.

At moment most fans believe we are not even trying.

If there is anything embarassing it is this article! For fans that have stayed behind this team for 7 years now to get 4 absolutely disinterested and gutless performances in a row where no one on the pitch looks like like they give a shìt is indefensible. Only an idiot can say that the fans don't deserve any better. The least we can expect is players who actually care and look interested so don't bring this garbage on our board 8bit as much as I respect you as a poster.

Although I agree with Ficklepatrol about this article being terrible, you are in no position to criticise it after the garbage you posted not so long ago.

Oh please Batmanu give it a rest! All you ever do is post garbage about the team and our players without anything to back it up. If there is a fickle poster on the internet, it is you. Everyone would agree with me about that.

Ficklepatrol, I have been consistent with my opinions all Summer and all season, maybe I am not the most optimistic person around but I am anything but fickle.

You on the other hand, writing an article about how we are the only fans in the country who have mood swings after every result and lo and behold, here you are doom mongering as much as anybody else. Not only are you fickle but you are a hypocrite too

You really don't get it do you? Where have you seen me doom mongering? Questioning the player's work ethic and commitment over the past few games which is something everyone apart from 8bit seems to have noticed is a pretty legit thing to do last time I checked.
You on the other hand have made a hobby of ripping into each and every Arsenal player that doesn't seem to complete all his passes, finish all his chances, settle in a new team immediately etc etc.

I have not picked on any player in particular but all I have said is that the team spirit is severely lacking at the moment and needs to be worked on and if that is your definition of fickle then you need to shove that dictionary of yours up your å$$ and get a new one!

Wumpatrol, do you know what fickle means?

can you also find an article where I rip into a player for not completing all his passes, finishing all his chances and not settling in immediately?

On an article I claimed we would not challenge for the title, you wrote this comment:

"comment by ☺ Wumpatrol ☺ Don't forget me, don't you forget me, burn a candle for me, when you can... (U5046) posted on 29/9/12

In nutshell, Batmanu get a fecking grip and stop getting your panties in a twist after 1 poor game. Sheesh!"

Even though in the article I did not criticise the team or manager, unlike something you have done on a regular basis since we lost to Norwich. You are fickle and an hypocrite

I wrote this article in the heat of the moment after the game, probably overreacted a bit but still stand by the sentiment. being crap for 4 games in irrelevant, a lot of our fans have been whiney muppets for years.

I get it 8bit. As much as I say we have been behind the team all these years and therefore at least a team that is trying, some of our so called fans have been embarassing, constantly tearing into our players and whining about everything. I think you know who I present as exhibit A. A true embarassment to our fanbase and he is "consistent" about it.

posted on 7/11/12

Wumpatrol, you are a muppet and haven't a clue really what it means to be a fan.

I call things as I see it. If a player is not good enough in my opinion, I will say it. If Wenger makes a bad decision I will call it. Likewise I will praise a player/manager I have criticised if they deserve it.

But I will not change my opinion every 2 minutes just because the club goes on a bad run, a run that was predictable and inevitable. That is where you come in to play, because when everything was all fine and dandy, you thought you could take this high and mighty stance. But now it is all moan and tears from you, "maybe we aren't that good", "maybe the players don't care", "maybe the manager should go". What happened to your high and mighty article?

You are the definition of fickle, little boy.

posted on 7/11/12

And maybe I and other people will take you seriously when you back up the garbage you are talking, just like I have backed up the facts I have been talking.

Little boy?!
You really have your pantiès in a twist don't you?

Back to the article, go through my article history and let me know how I have changed my stance every 2 minutes. Also, tell me where I have called for the manager to be sacked. My last 2 articles have been nothing of that nature, just pointing out flaws in the team and the probable causes for them and even better still, plenty of good arguments to back it up. If only you were not acting like a little kid trying to get even you would see that.

"I think the problem with Arsenal fans is we always use every game to gauge the team which is totally unfair."

"When we are on a good run and we have a poor performance as all teams do we are always quick to say "I knew it was just a purple patch and the old Arsenal was always going to show it's face"instead of treating it as just that, a poor performance."

"No wonder we always take so long to bounce back from defeats as we always kill the team's confidence."

"Whatever happens today gooners, lets resist from writting off our defence/midfield but treat it like a tough game that didn't go our way."

Who made the above quotes

posted on 7/11/12

"How can our passing be so labored when we are so many games into the season? We have quality players so it has to be that we are playing a poor system. We have almost zero chemistry in our midfield and that is my main worry."

"If this is our reaction to Norwich then we might as well stop playing this season and stop bothering. this is just bottling of the highest order. If something drastic doesn't happen this season is a done!!"

"I have supported Arsenal through some dark periods but never at any one point was I ever as disgusted, embarassed and just plainly disappointed like I am with this team"

"This is where the manager comes into question. What mentality has he instilled into the side? Why exactly do we have such a poor team spirit? Why is it that we got a performance twice as bad against Schalke when he had called for a reaction? Have the players lost faith in him and so they are not playing for him?"

"Something is just FUNDAMENTALLY wrong with the team and I just don't know who else to blame but the manager no matter where else I try to look."

Now who made these quotes

Oh wait a minute, the same person made them? That can't be right

So how has my attitude changed since that first article? Who among us has come out with "people were getting carried away" and "same old Arsenal" type comments but you? As I have said before all I have done is point out flaws in the team and as you can see I have backed those comments with pretty good arguments. Criticizing the team does not make one fickle but it takes someone with at least one brain cell to figure that out and since you are obviously lacking in that aspect the concept is well beyond you.

I have posted the definition of fickle and you still don't know what it means. Are you deliberately being stupid or are you really digging a hole?
