Can someone sum up the above in a sound, or a dance?
The were ok when Jim Farry was there and rangers2012© `won' nine-in-a-row....
The SFA has been a shables for years but for some reason it's took until the Rangers debacle for most people to realise it
Barca - a big ripper of a machine gun fart?
The situation certainly stinks and Regan is full of hot air
Zico did you just ignore my reference to the SFA being incompetent for the last 30 years?
In fact Zico, Farry was as incompetent as any of them there today. If you can point me to where I said Farry was ok then fire ahead.
We need someone like Barry Hearn to revolutionise our game. Now personally I think Hearn can be a bit of a muppet sometimes but his track record at revolutionising sports is not to be sniffed at. We need someone like him.
Totally agree the SFA have been a shambles for years Problem is forcing their hand to reform the Henry McLeish report seems to have been swept aside.
Will also point out that when celtic or celtic fans have been critical of the authorities we were called paranoid or labeled sore losers.
its funny how all the Rangers fans have only started having a go at the SFA in the last 8-9 months
before that we were always paranoid

Fair point although not by all. I just want more fans to see the bigger picture, that is all. we have a chance to do some good with our game but when an organisation takes away press coverage from its showpiece competition that defies belief.
Getting a private investigator to tail a ref though was a wee bit paranoid.

ALL fans Ghod? Really? I've consistently criticised the SFA since I started using forums about seven years ago.
Such sweeping statments Ghod, totally unbecoming of you.
By the way, I owe you a bottle of Grey Goose
Farry was as incompetent as any of them
--------------------------------------------------------
Still hard to believe that the Cadete debacle was down to incompetency
A healthy dose of paranoia is a good thing
The SFA wont reform to any serious degree it would require a mass rebellion from the clubs and I cant see that happening.
By the way, I owe you a bottle of Grey Goose

Go on Hampden what was his motive then?
Even when you finally got Cadete you still couldn't overcome Rangers!

Not till you take back your ALL fans comment
In fact so do a
Buy you one on the night out
Bluetoon i think you would be hard pushed to find any great supporter of the SFA on both the celtic and now the rangers boards however that said they are often the architects of their own demise.
I think that most fans want transparency and and decisive action to be taken, however what happens with our lot is that they deliberate, cogitate, vegitate and then finally procrastinate and the majority of us feel that this approach has led to the demise of our game as it stands today:
* The legacy of 'old boys' network within the SFA and the associated baggage around key members
* The inability to drive to a resolve:
- The rangers fiasco
- The Levein fiasco
- The warnings of Armageddon
* The worrying state to simply ignore the report compiled by McLeish at hundreds of thousands of pounds...
Its all downright madness...and worst of all actually makes you forget some of the good things they have done with increased sponsorship, and the good spade work done to support Mark Wotte with the development academies and the training support for coaches....
We need to change the structure of the game - SFA/SPL/SFL...bull shiiit...
One parent organisation. 2 top level larger leagues. Pyramid systems below with promotion/relegation through automatic and playoff systems.
Stimulate activity, allow clubs time to develop players without a fear of relegation, promote family tickets to get people in, reduce pricing for games in cups to drive support figures up....its not rocket science yet you would think some times it is...
Farry wasn;t bagged for incompetency; he was bagged for 'gross misconduct' after an independent commission found that he had deliberately delayed the registration of Cadete.
