Almost as good as when Psycho said he'd rather be on the dole than play for them.
Moussi, did say a lot of nice things about us, more than the usual standard footballer guff.
Guy Moussi is a Red, he hates derby.
It's not safe to play with fiar

Funny that sheepy coz just last week I read a thread on the direby board naming your preferred starting 11 for the new season. Low and behold quite a number of u little lambs had moussi in midfield! Ha!
How the tables turn ay!
To be fair I think Guy had to do some b/ass licking, he was about to jump ship. He left us not knowing if he was going to sign or not, and I for 1 think he would of been off if the Premiership team/s after him didn't stall or close down discussions.
Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see him back even though he was woefull in the first half against Swansea in the playoffs. He has got the potential if he can be consistent this season.
Let's hope the new coaching staff can kick him into shape. Boateng will certainly help there, he'll provide him with experience and also be a major contender for his position.
gets boring getting the players we want from you. WE WANT. no player goes the other way.
I know Moussi must have been lying. When did a Frenchman not mean to be rude?
Translation of his interview.
My agent had you by the balls. A great ploy threatening to go to Derby means that I secured a lucrative 3 year contract. Then he tells me to ingratiate myself with the fans. Aint life good.
Owd sheepy_dr88, there isn't a stereotype he doesn't fall under. I suppose you're raving about that quality striker you've signed just a year after calling him every name under the sun.
Anyway, like he said Derby was impossible.
He likes human girls and everything, the thought of sharing the Wellingtons ouch
me naming mouissi in my starting XI.... dont think so pal!
never once did i believe that rumour, and never once did i want him at my club. I dont rate him as a player, seen enough of him to call him a 'donkey' and a 'carthorse'....
he my be a bit of a power house but thats about it, no ability as a footballer. His performance against Swansea was shockingly bad!!
Quality striker? If your on about Tyson, most Derby fans that've seen him still thinks he's w@ nk whether he is a Derby player or was anywhere else.
They're right to be fair.

he still could be useful, definately good enough for a top half CC team, you dont have to score goals to be a good striker, combination of davies and tyson seems good
Treedom,
I would not have minded Moussi at Derby, but I think your comments are honest/truthful, so respect to you Sounds like a bit of PR to get fans onside again.
I think Moussi clearly hoped for a move to the PL, even bottom half (Wigan etc), but it appears nothing definite happened. In the end, he probably thought it better to stay at Forest where he was settled than simply move to another Championship club (Ipswich, us) as it was just a sideways move instead of the step up he wanted. I'm not sure Moussi is considered good enough/consistent to cut it in the PL, but his loss is your gain.
The main benefit for Forest is that Moussi knows that he will have to perform/stay fit if he is ever going to attract interest again from PL scouts which can only be of advantage to you.
