My reason?

I'm terrible.

"What an awful article to be multi-boarded"

1. <irony>
2. Let U8613 explain the nature of its user name

"Didn't even know it was possible to die from epilepsy. You've got me worried now."

Got me a bit intrigued.

I can understand death from a severe concussion during a seizure. But in a padded cell scenario, can the electrical activity actually fatally damage the brain ??

Wow, what an irony from Moronic to call someone a pikey.

Came up with mine after reading a Fred Basset manual on the loo. Misspelt it originally with an extra T but never changed it.

I would imagine it may be related more to heart activity, irregular heartbeat or something of that nature.

My screen name was whatever the last person on a works PC had copied. I mistakenly clicked paste and it was about Taggart 3D art. I clicked save thinking I had pasted something about Rafa Benitez. I kept it because mancs kept complaining about it. I told the mods on old 606 I was the Canadian conceptual 3D artist Taggart and they let me keep it. I was then able to wum the mancs with screen names such as 'Taggart likes bacon_face facts' and 'Taggart got punched in the balls by a tramp'

Mine originated on the old 606. I was trying to think of something original and failed miserably. It's about Ken Dodds creative accountancy methods.

spurgle :

Yep, a "perfect storm" of electrical signals to other organs in a weakened state sounds viable.

Amazing how tough the brain is though.

Fridge, if you've only got it mild I wouldn't worry, my Dad knew he had a severe case of it, and was on extremely strong medication.

I don't know the medical ins and outs but from what I was told he simply had a fit that he never came out of. The majority of people are able to manage it throughout their whole life.

RDBD

I've just looked it up (as i was genuinely getting a little worried). It looks like it's very rare for anyone to suffer SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) but there are other reasons for it. Baths, train platforms and stairs represent danger to anyone about to have a seizure. I've had to be careful when i can feel one coming on but i get warning signs, others aren't so lucky. Mine's all to do with having too much booze and not enough sleep (which makes heavy nights on a weekday difficult) so i know what to avoid to keep the risks down. Pretty startling to hear that you can die from a seizure itself though.

Tis actually quite good (as well as the Doddy refs, it reads like there is a tax on "Knotty Ash" - also you could play on the current fungal outbreak for a while ) .
