I think its a smokescreen too, keeps us focused on hat at takes a bit of flak off of our poor performances/results. If there was no takeover talk, we'd be sticking a bounty on his head....... Dspite the dross were producing, were all saying "awww just give it a bit longer, we need money and will succeed wen we do, we'll get investment bla bla bla"

So if the deal is done in a matter of days as it states it should be all completed within the week. I will hold my breath and repost in a week to asks why the deal still hasnt been done.
