Was just having a read through the 'Kauto Retires' thread...god he is just like a broken record, i think he just cut and pastes post from the past lol

The funny thing is i know he doesn't cut and paste. He actually sits there and types with the steam coming out of his ears. I remember him arguing about the same subjects 5 years ago.

He hates it when a horse comes along, that might take the limelight away from his idols

I could almost have told you what he would reply to that thread word for word before i read it and i havnt read a thing of his since the old 606 days lol.
The sad sad thing is (and i said it in a very very long post on the old 606) that he is a very knowledgable fella and the odd time he isnt bringing up the past he can be a great contibution to debates and a great sourceof info. For someone like myself whos knowledge pre-2000 is very slim (except for dessie etc..) he would be a a great source of info if he wast so damn condesending lol

Yep, i don't think anyone would disagree with that, but he also thinks he knows more about racing than anyone else and when it come to debating different horses and their attributes he knows best. Which is what gets peoples backs up. Him ramming his opinion down their throat, with little reasoning or debate. He'll use certain facts to back his arguments up, then dismiss the same reasoning as nonsense,when it's working against him.
