To be honest I'd given up on Anderson following last season, but every time he is fit and I watch him play he clearly had the ability. If he can have an injury free season this year then he will show his ability next season.
He hasn't always been overweight either, he just has a bulky frame, currently however, he could shed a stone.
I like Anderson just for his celebrations. He's clearly great banter.

I loved it when he scored against Newcastle and he ran over to the crowd pointing out a munter in the front seats and blowing kisses at her. She just stared it him like he was a nugget. Brilliant. Thanks for coming love.

Really? Looking at your post history it appears that you created a thread suggesting that Anderson was the answer to our midfield 'problem' just over a year ago.

Indeed. Classic example of a fickle fair weather fan who changes his mind to suit.
Personally I think Anderson has world class potential and If he remains healthy by next season only Yaya would be a better midfielder in the league.
The fact is, Anderson's ability will be better complemented by players that search for the ball and are willing to make one 2 passes. if he plays with the likes of Nani, Kagawa, RvP, Rooney then he will boss the midfield as he can run around distributing the ball and making those killer passes to players like Chicharito and RvP.
I like him.
I think he adds a lot to the team/squad.
Gets a lot of undeserved criticism and has been unlucky in the (necessary) use of a rotation system - and of course injuries.
Needs a long run in the team more than any other current player at the club I feel.
There are, however, others currently at the club that do worry me.
