To be fair he has been hampered by injuries to Kaboul, BAE, Dembele and Parker, 4 absolute first teamers. But he does not help himself, by keeping one of the best goalies in the world on the bench, keep playing a 35 year old central defender, and messing about with both Defoe and Adebeyor. His subs though are un unmitigated disaster. His subs this season have cost Spurs upwards of 6 or 7 points.
