He is up there. Let's hope he continues his form this month, and gets the Player of the Month Award!

He will certainly be a contender if he maintains form through to January time when the votes are cast (I think).
Usually though it goes to a player in a team at the top of the league, so that will work against him.
The guy is a genius. I love the fact that all fans from other clubs hate him. He winds them up so much.
Certainly worth a mention
Its the big Belgian for me. The way he has dragged a team of average players to the top of the league is nothing short of a miracle.
Fellaini for me is by some distance the player of the season so far.
Luis has been outstanding though.
He is just passionate is all, people confuse it with other things. The see-off he gave Ajax fans was pure class.
Suarez , RVP and Fellaini are the form players

Biting someone is a little more than passionate.

Its a sign of friendship in Uruguay. You bite all the people you like.
I think Fellaini has been fantastic and him and Luis have it over RVP due to the lack of quality around them at times...
though i think Fellaini gets away wth murder in terms of some of the tackles he puts in yet rarely gets decisions against him. In fact he fouled Allen in the derby and Everton got the decision
Scouse.....away with murder!
In the derby Allen fouls Fellaini first and then get outmuscled to the ground
Mata has to be in with a shout. He's been excellent so far this season.
There was at least two that even my blue mates said were fellaini's fouls yet Allen had the decision against him
what about the one against Rose (?) on sat???
I think he is a great player fell but think if the press took a different view he would get a lot going against him...
I don't agree with your comment RE: lack of quality.
That is a slight on how well Suarez and Fellaini's teammates have played to help create chances/goals.
Can't think of any individual efforts Fellaini has scored, all team goals
Fair enough...may be a didnt explain it well enough. I think what i meant was that they have been the outstanding players on the pitch for their teams. With RVP i think he is a fantastic goalscorer but has not stood out as much as Suarez and Fellaini have.
I know what im trying to say but not being very clear so i accept that
though i will stand by the fact that I think Fellaini gets away with more than he should...
The one on rose was a terrible mistake by the ref. Coleman blocks him off first, then he and Fellaini make a Rose sandwich....hardly a nasty one but I agree it was a foul........by Coleman.
I personally think the coleman one was accidental (though a foul) but he was going for the ball ...i dont think fellaini coming in is accidental at all and I dont think he was going for the ball .....
RVP has got goals.
a believe it's two penalties and a few wicked deflections - they all count though
But for me, Saurez has combined both goals, workrate and unrivalled skill.
Good shout for Felliani though.
Fellaini does seem to get away with quite a bit. I don't see a lot of Everton other than the derbies but even in those matches, off the top of my head, I remember stuff like kicking Kuyt in the head, stamping on Kyrgiakos (Kyrgiakos two-footed him, but Kyrgiakos was sent off whereas Everton were allowed sub Fellaini off), Kicking Allen when he was on the ground and I agree with scouse-heart that he had a fair few relatively minor decisions go his way in the last derby.
Was it Fellaini that blatantly pushed Agger at the touchline, only for the referee to give a handball against Agger?
This is yellow in my book...

I dont sdislike him and im not trying to score points WUM, have a go etc. if he gets away with it then fair play... but i think he does get away with more than others seem to.
Imagine the uproar if Suarez committed the above link?
Coleman was a foul.....he got across and blocked rose off. Fellaini did the same, underline were on top and a easy foul on the half way line is what any pro would do with a min to go!
