Agreed, Diamond is absolutely dreadful. Not heard anything for a while mate. When are you guys offering the 2 mill for Goodie?

Ally is still on his way back from America.

Your chairman will make sure he gets every penny out of us.

I still think he would be a snip at 2 million, i would say 3 - 4 is a fair price IMO.

You can see he is progressing more and more.

What do you make of Willo Flood, do you reckon he is the same player that left you?? I always remember him being quite good.

Flood was outstanding the last time he was with us and it can be hard for a player who returns. He has also had a bad injury. Saying that he's a player who has quality and has played at a good level. I think it's a great addition.

I agree that Goodie is worth more, but I doubt we'll get more than 2 for him. The boy has all the abiltiy in the world, it's just his off fielf "activities"!!!!
The word is that he recently bought a house in Glasgow, not a concrete sign of anything, but I think with Brum going down he'll go to Rangers.

Has there been any news on his Court Case, seems to have gone quiet?

It has been really quiet for a while, I heard Paul McBride is his QC though!!

Zander Diamond is a dreadful player. I thought it was quite funny though that on announcing the signing, JJ stated in the press that he basically told him face to face that he was rubbish! He seems to think Andy Webster will bring him on the way he brought on Gary Kenneth, but lightning rarely strikes twice.

As for Goodie, United need to make sure we get the add ons right in any deal we make. That's why the best deal for United is to sell him down south. If he has a good year at Rangers his value might increase a little, but if he goes down south to the EPL and scores 10 he'll go for more, as was shown by the Steven Fletcher deal to Wolves. Even if he bangs them in in the Championship he'll move on for good money such is the ridiculous market down there.

A move down south makes so much more sense for both United and the player as the Glasgow goldfish bowl is not the place for him to be.

Alright Ivan, good to see you over here. I agree with the points you're making regarding Goodie being better of down South.

However as an arab wgo is concerned about our financial situation I will not lose much sleep if we get the right cash. Granted I don't want to see him lining up against us, but I recognise we need to take the best offer that we are given.

Saying that if Thompson lets him go for less than 2 million then he's no businessman.
