I think Tranmere will be 0-0, Shrewsbury MK DOns will win 2-0, Colchester 0-0, Brentford will win 2-1 and Robbo will say they don't play football properly.
Winkie wil then explain to Robbo that it is a good thing if the Dons Players try to kick the ball into the goal and no-one should be punished for not keeping possession and that is what the game is about.
Robbo will see the light and abandon his policy of passing to the nth degree and MK Dons will then push for promotion..
I have decided to go to Tranmere, watching it on some dodgy web site just isn't the same. I hope Robbo does rest some players tonight and we go for a 4-2-2, at least for parts of the game.
The players will be playing for the fans tonight and they need to put a performance to get a win. To screw it up once was bad enough (and I am talking about losing to Stevenage), to do it twice would be unforgiveable.
As we now no the reward for beating Cambridge will be a games against AFC Wimbledon (if you can call that a reward)
We can in no way win with this tie. If we win it will be "MONEY WINS AGAIN" if we lose it will be "WIMBLEDON SHOW HOW TO PLAY IN THE CUP"
Ron, If MK Dons win, then they go through to Round 3, that is all that really matters.
Also given Bath / Plough keeps rattling on about MK Dons staring at a financial abyss, if anyone say "Money won" we could always refer them to him.
I have to disagree Ron. They will have to play us here, so legitimising our existence, and having to accept that we have lots of supporters in MK, Wimbledon and elsewhere. This is a good opportunity for both clubs, despite their website 'holier-than-thou' protestations lately.
Let's just hope no idiots on either side ruin it, and I'm still not sure how many AFCW fans would come. (At least Plough wouldn't if he is true to his word.)
But lets also hope we win against Cambrdige first.
Without touching on the possible AFC Wimble cup tie, tonight is also massive for keeping a run of wins+clean sheets going. If we win tonight and keep a CS, we'll have gone 5 games without conceding a goal, and when you consider we kept 17 clean sheets last season and we're only in November it's huge!
I'll also be at Tranmere. Mainly because it's on telly and I dislike some people's 'just gonna watch it at home' approach to things. Also that i go to most away games anyways, and Tranmere is usually a great day out.
