Pitch is not great. Alright. But that's no excuse for wayward bowling. England have been dishing out utter dross.
Viru, Sehwag doesn't need to throw the bat if everything is a half volley or too straight
Bowled poor. Amazing to see the difference in Sehwag when batting at home. So much easier as doesn't need to move his feet.
yorkie not sure i wud agree with dat. sehwag struggled against wi and nz at home aswell. so I guess he is batting more cautiously since he knows that if he gets out cheaply media is going to put pressure on him
Is he getting pressure in India Viru. For me, he should always play. Same mould as Trescothick, Hayden, Gayle.
Very dangerous player.
Great shot maker but in my opinion lacks a technique when it's not a batters paradise.
Should get Patel on here, too.
England bowlers are making it easy for Indians. Even Swann can't keep the line. How difficult is that?
Agreed. We are shambolic on the sub. No confidence, ability or character. Terrible over by Bresnan.
i think its the nerves and the fact that the pitch is very flat is wat makes england panic. they will need a very strong batting performance to gain the confidence back.
but cant blame england. when u face a inform sehwag, very hard to keep ur line and length.
What a nightmare. 100 off 20 overs, Sehwag has barely been himself, and we're already relying entirely on Swann for hope of a wicket.
Starting to realise Panasar whould be playing!
I love it how 95% of the fans just knew that seamers would be useless on this pitch. But nope, management know better
We are still in this game whilst ee have Swann beating the outside edge.

Likewise they thought keeping KP out against SA was a bright idea.
It is wrong thst I am happy that the run rate has decreased from over 5 to 4 and a half...
Barmy Army...
Fancy us with Swann on.
Fatit to get the breakthrough
very tough on bairstow missing out.
i thought he was fantastic against south africa.

Can someone sort Matt Prior out? Should have had both openers.
oh well gambhir has gone.
Swann deserved that. Still India's to lose.

Well, any hope of a close contest appear to have been dashed. Batting never looked easier. I shudder to think how many they'll have by tomorrow evening.
England to lose by an innings
Been a tough watch so far and yep India look like building a huge total. India's batting has been completely dominant , I much preferred the Sewhag we saw in England, he looked like he didn't know which end of the bat to hold. England have missed a few chances and they really can't afford to do that. Gonna be a long day, thankfully I can go to work in a bit.
Well that's the end of Sehwag, great innings but glad its over. Hopefully that will slow the rate a bit and we can try to get a little bit of control.
