nope, he missed that sitter against sunderland thus he's a flop

He is improving all the time.
The team is starting to play more to his strengths.
We changed 3 of the front 4 this season. It was always going to take time for it to click up front. Add to that the fact Walcott was out of favour for most of the season thus far and injuries to Gervinho and AOC and it makes the job of the striker even harder.
Think his stats are very good...
It would be interesting to find out how well RVP did in his first 11 starts.

...not that i'm in anyway comparing him to RVP.
I was joking Serial.
Our team begin slowly to play to his strength. OG is an old fashion CF. I am okay with it personally because the tippy tappy football lead us to nothing.
Our team slowly adapting to hoof, cross or pass a bit more into the box to cause mistakes from the defender or to get a deflection. That is good to see but about time that we finally doing it. We need a bit balance between the tactics.
His goal was a classic poacher goal and he looked improved on the ball as well. What I really like on him is his workrate defensively. His contribution is very welcome there. It's getting better and better for him.
You don't finish top scorer in France and get in their national team by being crap
Most of his goals were not headers in France as well, which is interesting. I like that as well as being dominant in the air (we actually look a threat from corners for the first time I can honestly remember) he holds the ball up brilliantly and has the technique to get a good shot off from most positions.
Only thing he lacks is a bit more pace.
Terrible article Serial, Giroud only scores headers and headers don't count!
Serial, he is totally different from RVP. People compare him too much with the .
The is a different class though.
I believe that allthough OG suffer in the beginning from the burden to replace the he now begins to deliver and put in another approach to our game.
His good form has come at a time Gervinho has been absent.
Coincidence? I think not.
I was also kidding btw, I can't remember him ever looking a bad player, even when he wasn't scoring every other part of his play was impressive.
The Reading game was the making of him, imo. That was the night he took the responsibility on his shoulders and stood up to be counted.
It's not exactly rocket science is it?
New player, new league, new style. Give him time and games and he'll slowly fit in.
Lad is doing very well. Still a long way to go, but he's adapting and scoring.
You are maybe right Jeezus. He changed that game.

Oh no Tbok no!! Wenger is not getting off lightly just yet.
But give credit where its due, he must have instructed the team to put crosses in. Never seen so many dangerous crosses from us for a while.
Would still prefer a 4-4-2 though. Starting with Montepellier.
We really have to find the right balance as I said, TBOK.

Fact is though, they were 1 man down and finished. Off course, if AVB had the right tactical mind, he could have shut the door and concentrated on not getting beat.
It meant the previous issues of Pod not defending, our defence was not troubled.
Still, they're second was a bit annoying. We just let monkey boy run and run.
