Forest are highly unlikely to have comparable attendances with Sheffield a city that was until recent years the 4th largest in the UK. Nottingham is nearly half the size and has two teams also. Silly comparison on your part.

Both cities of Sheffield and Nottingham have 2 football teams,but there are far more teams in South Yorkshire than there are in Nottinghamshire also !

Wednesday have always been a bigger club and most FA Cup Semi Finals and even an FA Cup Final replay were held at Hillsborough whilst our ground was also used in the World Cup 1966 and Euros 1996....your team's ground was never considered for that.

You had Brian Clough and Peter Taylor running the show and that is the only reason Forest won the European Cup...we have still been Champions of England more times than you..and have won the FA cup more times also !

Ours was live on TV yours wasn't and you have been near the top of the table most of this season whereas we have been near the bottom !

There were actually over 30,000 inside the ground and I have no imagination whatsoever where the bigger club is concerned !

We stlll hold the record gate for hihest attendance in the old Third Division which we both played in,plus we took the most fans to any Play Off final with over 42,000 of our supporters at Cardiff when we beat Hartlepool....more than you've had at any home match this entire century !

You do realise that hopping turnstiles is a thing of the past. Health and safety is paramount these days. That is the official figure unless you're including old bill, stewards etc etc
