I'm on jungle bay at Wolverhampton because of trainers form and kingscroft, dropped in class and falling weight.
Snap ktk, backed him last night @ 14's. Kingscroft?
Arkle, i thought a man of your 40 years experience, would know there's no such thing as a certainty.
Thanks for that Galaxy..though I am hardly putting a second mortgage on mickey mouse racing at Plumpton.
I gave 2 selections ..one my own pick and the Alan King horse info I had been passed and sadly he didn't deliver.
My "brown envelope" jobs are far more selective than that !
How did the Mighty..cough cough Wednesday get on at the weekend?
One thing for sure...the reason Forest had the biggest crowd in the division was because of the 3000 plus fans we took there !
And it took an own goal to separate the two teams...both of us will be in the same division next year !
I doubt it very much, we'll probably be in the Championship & you'll be in league 1. As for blaming own goals ...a goal's a goal. Your player shouldn't of been daft enough to score one. As for support. what happened the other night when SW had a miserly 19,000?
We have still had the biggest crowd in that division this season...over 30,000 against Leeds AND it was live on Sky too !!
When was the last time Forest had 30,000.......oh I remember...I was there when Trevor Francis was playing for them and before that in the days of Ian Storey Moore !
Our record ever home attendance is over 72,000....yours has never reached 50,000 and we even got that in the old Third Division !
Well, each way double and singles so have piled some of the profit on Basra in the lucky last, please let it win, please, only two lengths behind layali Dubai that won again next time up in a higher grade
Hope it wins for you KEIOC
Good Luck !
Attendances do not win trophies, as successfully proven by Wednesday.
Forest are highly unlikely to have comparable attendances with Sheffield a city that was until recent years the 4th largest in the UK. Nottingham is nearly half the size and has two teams also. Silly comparison on your part.
How many European cups do you have?
Galaxy..what are you on about ?
Both cities of Sheffield and Nottingham have 2 football teams, but there are far more teams in South Yorkshire than there are in Nottinghamshire also !
Wednesday have always been a bigger club and most FA Cup Semi Finals and even an FA Cup Final replay were held at Hillsborough whilst our ground was also used in the World Cup 1966 and Euros 1996....your team's ground was never considered for that.
You had Brian Clough and Peter Taylor running the show and that is the only reason Forest won the European Cup...we have still been Champions of England more times than you..and have won the FA cup more times also !
E.O.S
South Yorkshire? LOL
South Yorkshire pop 1,344,000
Notts pop 780,000
South yorks 5 teams
1,344,000 divided by 5 = 268,800 per team
780,000 divided by 3 = 260,000 per team
Wrong again Arkle
You make the figures up as you go along !
My stats are correct thank you very much.
Wednesday remain a bigger club than Forest.

No making up, these are FACTS!
5 teams in South Yorks
3 teams in Notts
Populations as above
Chesterfield also though, face it Galaxy forest could never take support to Hillsborough like we did on saturday. We both know it
Chesterfield's in Derbyshire
I realise that, but its a 10 minute drive. Notice you didn't comment on the rest.
How can you make cross county comparisons? When the initial comparison was based on counties Last time i looked Chesterfield was about the same distance into South Yorkshire?
As i mentioned before, or did you fail to read the thread? it's not surprising that Sheffield Wednesday have more support due to the city having a population that's twice the size of Nottingham's is it?
While were at this silly exercise, who has the largest attendance in the Championship this season?
How many European Cups does Wednesday have?

Sheffield Wed 1 v 1 Leeds United 28,582
Sun 30 September
npower Championship
Nottm Forest 0 v 1 Derby County 28,707
Oh dear, you got anymore sweeping statements...sorry figments of your imagination
Ours was live on TV yours wasn't and you have been near the top of the table most of this season whereas we have been near the bottom !
There were actually over 30,000 inside the ground and I have no imagination whatsoever where the bigger club is concerned !
We stlll hold the record gate for hihest attendance in the old Third Division which we both played in,plus we took the most fans to any Play Off final with over 42,000 of our supporters at Cardiff when we beat Hartlepool....more than you've had at any home match this entire century !
There were over 30,000 inside the ground....
You do realise that hopping turnstiles is a thing of the past. Health and safety is paramount these days. That is the official figure unless you're including old bill, stewards etc etc
Final score 1-0
Enjoy league 1 BYE BYE!
We will both be in the same division next season...have no fear about that !
Keep dreaming that you are a bigger club !
Ross Barkley recalled from Everton = Bang in trouble!
Leicester, Watford & Cardiff coming up... ouch!
As i said Bye Bye!
