Top Gear.

Top Gear is a good shout before all the acting and fake events were introduced. It has gone so far down hill you can't even see it.

Pacific wasn't as good as Band of Brothers though

Dexter, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones all get honorable mentions, but......

early seasons of 24 takes it for me (started in 2001 so close enough)

Sons of Anarchy best Drama but Community best Comedy.
Both excellent shows.

Agree about Band of Brothers, it was better than Pacific. Both still epic though

Spooks was brilliant. Can't believe shows like that get axed and we have to suffer nonsense like Towie or made in Chelsea

The Wire
Deadwood
Sopranos
Boardwalk Empire
Sons of Anrachy

in that order for me. Not sure sopranos was last 10 years but ah well.

Agreed Macca

I watched Spooks recently on Netflix and suffered that sense of loss one gets when one finishes a great TV show.

Macca

I agree 100%

No Thunderbirds and robot wars but hour after hour of drivel. Anyone who actually admits to watching any of the reality stuff may as well not have a willy.

@Mexican.

I loved Lie To Me, Tim Roth is just brilliant.

I loved The Unit as well and was gutted when it was axed.

lie to me was brilliant as well, before it got cancelled

..................

That is Fox for you. They cancell all their best shows in favour of reality crap.
