I expect the rest of scottish football fans not to visit starbucks or buy from amazon.
I think what is being said Ging is that having lost the FTT they would have not been in a position to veto the CVA having less than 25% of the debt
Ive not dont the maths so cant say for sure.

however Ging the staff at Rangers did pay and had it stolen.
Little has been said (read that as nothing) about the staff and employer pension contributions that were also not made.
A here today gone tomorrow crook is not, never was, never will be Rangers

And Whyte is under criminal investigation which im sure you welcome. I do, we all do
Yep 54. Don't get me wrong.
I wish Murray hadn't whored Rangers to Whyte as well.
Key word = "entry".
The new Club shed its debt by reforming.
It then requested immediate entry to the Top Flight.
Constituent Members declined to permit this unprecented event.
Prob cos many were skint AND owed cash by Rangers.
Refusing entry is not the same as papping oot.

Ginger
He sold it for a quid
all he got rid of was potential debt
The club under AJ had made profit 3 years in a row and had reduced the debt by nearly 10 mill in that time.
Outwith the FTT the club was in ok shape.
Granted he should never have sold to Whyte
Whyte is Whyte.
A low life but doesn't try to pretend to be otherwise.
Murray wants to be seen as the hero who has been vindicated.
High Court Edinburgh 2019 - 2020.
Murray v Whyte on Queen's Bench 4.
You heard it here furst.
