Azzy - if someone called me s(c)um, I would ignore it. I honestly don't actually find it that offensive.

But I did call Zidane out on it and as I often do, I tried to get him to back off. But in this instance, he was as much enraged by me as anyone

Afro even if Zebs was perma-banned, my time on v2 is up. So you may as well keep him.

's' is a highly offensive word. Imagine someone in reception class calling your son that, you would blow your top so hard. Regardless of how serious the word is - as the victim, I was highly offended. I am still furious about it. A whole day later. He would not have the balls to call me that in person. So he shouldn't be allowed to run his mouth like that on a forum either.

I hope he reads this. I genuinely do. Then maybe he can come on here and abuse me again, maybe these admins would take their responsibility to their users more seriously.

It's like the footballer who was racially abused. He says 'it's okay, I don't mind', should those fans be allowed to walk away heads held high? No.

Likewise, CSKA say their fans didn't abuse Yaya Toure. But he felt racially abused, so there is rightfully action being taken.

I spent a year of my life on v2, over 12 thousand posts, contributed across a wide variety of threads and topics, got on with everyone apart from one person. Then, that person abuses me twice, and I'm asked to leave and consider my actions.

I'll be damned if I ever make that same stupid mistake again.

Nope, I told Hero quite clearly that if he wasn't prepared to take action, I wanted my account de-activated.

He declined to take any action whatsoever, even inferring that he had banned both me and Zebs for a period.

Zebs was clearly still posting.

I then made a new account, Mike Power, got to 10 posts so I could PM Hero, then repeated my request. He again opted to take no action.

So I asked him to delete my account, which he did.

That is one of three things that has me so irate:

1. Being abused by Zebs
2. No-one standing up to him, in fact blatantly ignoring it, and
3. Hero ignoring the rules of his own forum and allowing Zebs to carry on blithely.

So you can see why I'd never go back. Even if Zebs was gone, I'd still be upset with the other managers, and with Hero.

I was abused by someone. I demanded action be taken. None was. If I made a complaint to my employer about the same thing happening in the workplace, I'd be halfway to an employment tribunal by now.

Did you try any of the other real admin like Adam? Hero isn't a real admin. They just give him the badge to keep him happy.

There have been numerous chances Afro, none of which have been seized upon. As you say, he's a crafty get, no way does he make that mistake for a while. I'd need to wind him up, and he'd take that for a month or two first. I don't want to waste my time thank you very much

Hero this is not faux outrage. I was called (sc)um twice. If someone did that to me in person I would destroy them. The fact it happened on the internet makes no difference, I am furious, outraged, and hurt. I don't see why you aren't taking me seriously, I am a human being with emotions and feelings, and I am telling you, I am being victimised and bullied. I don't quite know how to tell you how hurt I am about this abuse. I've done all I can, you don't want to believe me, I've left. That's the story.

I never said you banned Z, I said you inferred it. You banned my account, said you'd advised us both to take time away, so I assumed that meant he would be semi-banned too. Not an unreasonable assumption given the circumstances.

If you're upset with me, imagine how angry I am with you. You set up a forum for people to talk about sport, entertainment, life etc. You encourage people to do so nicely. People get banned if they don't. This one time, when I have informed you on two occasions (and not on many others) that I'm being mistreated, you've chosen to ignore it. I am, quite frankly, gutted. Forgetting internet friendships with people I'll never meet, I honestly thought you would see sense and get to grips with Nick's behaviour. I'm so sad it's turned out like this.

If I made that complaint to a tribunal, they'd see me talking about a project and offering my opinion, someone else on the project laughing at me and calling me (sc)um, and me reacting out of anger and upset. They'd award me damages and my employer would be sacking the accused.
