He's received a bit of praise and a bit of stick. Rightly so. Hints of what he can do, still a bit sloppy but that's to be expected coming back from a long injury.
Whats with all the idiotic posts on our board today?
17 months out and straight into 1st team by Wenger. He deserves praise for that but shows you why he's underperforming.
How long was JW out injured for? Fourteen months I think.
How many matches has he played since he came back?
I've only seen a full performance vs is and Shalke, looked very poor, but I think I'd put that down to being rusty.
Ill reserve judgement until new year.
He has still been better than Ramsey though, that's the disappointing thing for the welshman!
Whats Cleverly's excuse? watched him vs Gala and it was the worst performance I have seen from a mdfielder for a while
Cleverly tore Wilshere a new one.
We played decent vs Gala considering, Cleverly included. We don't claim him to be a world beater but a part of a unit, he plays nice triangles and has clever movement, he does have a lot to work on though.
"Another player who shold take a look at himself is Cazorla. He gets dispossessed way to easily and cannot influence games for us anymore."
What an absolute pile of shít. Dispossessed easily? Do you watch us play? I honestly don't know.

So in short, he's a mediocre football player?

When was this? A youth tournament 10 years ago or something?

He is a decent player chris, no harm in that. He could be an important part if a strong unit, this is what Arsenal fans seems to lack an understanding of, it's not all about whether an individuals aesthetics in the ball.

can't wait..............................
Bleeding auto correct, I'm sure you get the host if that ha
Tore him a new an us? Presumably in this deranged universe he'll shove his four balls in Jack's two anuses for no reason.
Most of that* phhh.
Chill out bobby, at least my opinion is realistic, unlike some of your lot
I hate to agree with BusbyBabes (), but he's right. Wilshere might be class, or whatever we Arsenal fans overrate him as, but he's not being played effectively for the team.
A more astute manager will use Wilshere in the right way, FOR THE TEAM, and get the best out of him.
Wilshere was chasing rings at OT, he was second to everything and a million miles of te pace of our midfield.
Like I said, most likely due to being unfit.
Wilshere has been our best midfielder since returning from injury, easily. Doesn't matter if he hasn't been top quality yet, what matters is that the injury does not look like it has halted his development and he will still become a top player for us, unlike Ramsey who looks like he will not make the grade anymore
This has been a stressful day on the Arsenal board
