It's annoying because at 2-0 you could see us scoring more. Instead we went out to hold the lead and could have come away with just a point.
You have to give some credit to the opposition tho lads. You cant just think its our team saying right we'll sit back, its natural to sit back or be forced back a bit when the other team is that bit more desperate to get back in the game.

Fair play - Liverpool pushed us hard last night whereas we controlled the game at West Ham from the same position. Players need to get out of the mentality of being over-awed by the bigger teams

nice to see some spurs fans giving us a small bit of credit
as i said elsewhere...spurs are soo good going forward ......and we were behind before i even had time to scratch my backside...
"2-0 is such a dodgy scoreline these days. If a team gets one back, it's trouble."
There is always the issue that if they were having much of the possession/attack prior to that point, then the momentum is well and truly with them once it gets back to 2-1.
Spurs were criminal last season in not being 3-0 up at HT in several games, then suffering a lot of the 2nd half at 2-1.
It highlights that we lack a CM to control games. When the pressure is on we often hack clear. Our counter attacking is less effective and the ball comes back at us quickly.
Games like last night, JDs hold up play was poor.
Let's be honest boys, we have been missing half our 1st choice defence all season (Kaboul and Ekkoto) are massive players for us and will make a huge difference when they are back.
