I knew some of you would be too busy feeling sorry for poor Simon than to celebrate our win.

Still think he has alot of qualities as a manager, I used to think he could go to the top, but not anymore though. Maybe he could trade as a promotion specialist like Warnock
He's beaten plenty of top teams this year tbh.
Ive not heard grayson's interview after the game but I can imagine it
Nah mate, I'm the one that celebrated our win without having someone doing my nut in!.
I don't understand why when someone has such a fettish over someone, they have to try and hide it, come on, admit it, you like him really!.
To be fair he did say we was the better team after today's games.
What I find odd is even now our fans can't see and still think he did well at Leeds.

What are his qualities, Bremner?
It was funny when he apologised for not waving to the Leeds fans.
How pathetic can you get?
Clive
his record is there for all to see. Three promotions to the championship at his age is a brilliant achievement, Warnock had achieved less when he was that age. And what Grayson did at Blackpool was brilliant as well, with very little resources, he basically laid the foundations of their later success under Ian Holloway.

What an interesting thread! Now, what's this I've just found? Some white paint! Wow! I think I'll just go and put some on my bedroom wall and watch it dry! That'll be far more interesting. Phew, can I take two mega interesting activities back-to- back? On a sat evening to boot?
You've not named a single quality there.
I've not seen anyone name a single quality he has in four years.
I've seen plenty of people mention his deficiencies then say he's a good manager, but no one has ever backed up that claim with any qualities.
So you'd rather watch paint dry than see a manager who ***** us up and ended up at our rivals have the **** taken out of him?
This is where we find out who the Leeds fans are and who the Grayson fans are.
Yaaaaaaawnnnn!
Grayson's history, and I'm just tired of discussing him...............again.........and again...........and again.....and.......................zzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
He performs the duties of a football manager which has seen him earn promotions from League One with 3 separate teams and then establishes them (still an ongoing process with Hudds) in the Championship.
He doesn't have any managerial qualities though, he's just the luckiest manager ever
meme, that might be because since the newbies came in, and they gave Warnock a bit of what he wanted its making Warnock look like he could do what Bates brought him in to do!..
So, if Bates had done the same a year or maybe even two ago, I wonder where we'd be now!..
Clive, you've not started a thread thats anything else from your usual love sick tripe!..
"This is where we find out who the Leeds fans are and who the Grayson fans are."
Me, a Grayson backer against what he went through here, but a Leeds fan I dare say longer then you've been on this planet, just because you think its right to dislike someone doesn't mean we should support someone else!..
Oh, Leeds fan or Grayson fan?..
Sorry, your not saying what I think you meant to!..
This is as interesting as watching coffins warp...?
Sir Ken, that's a two wayer, can you tell Mr loveall if you meant it his way or the way it was meant!.
I can appreciate some people liking Grayson, I can see why some don't like him too however,
when it comes to qualities as a manager, people don't mention how Grayson inherited 2 teams from their former managers so late in season.
Maccas team, and Hudders team had only about 10 games left to play before their playoff finals.
Then there's the season we got promoted from L1. We had an 11 point lead over Norwich, Norwich were promoted as champions while we were fighting for auto promotion from 4th place.
I don't see great/good qualities as a manager in Grayson, more sheer luck.

You have to remember Leeds had a longish campaign in the FA cup, with the game against Man U, and the two legs against Tottenham, so that would have adversley affected our league form. You also completely ignore his time at Blackpool when he built a promotion winning side with little resources and did alot of good work there. And when he took over at Huddersfild their league form had nose dived under Clark
