"With this current squad and manager I would be over the moon with 4th and ANY trophy. Therein lies the problem. I should not be happy with 4th."

how did i slag him off. i just said what he said is obvious. if wenger said the sky is blue, you would probally jiizz youself lol
“We don’t know exactly what the problem is. It’s true that we’re inconsistent. I believe that to challenge for the Premier League, those games can’t get away from us. Take the Fulham game, we were 2-0 up. You can’t then be drawing within five minutes. Those points aren’t coming back.
“And the other day against Aston Villa, there’s a game which I believe we really had the desire to win, because these are points that we can’t let get away. Then you see City, United winning on those days. That’s the difference. To fight for the title, it’s about taking points from those teams.
“It’s a little bit frustrating. We’re a good team, good players, training well. But there are moments in those games when we don’t know how to control them. There’s a significant gap between us and United and City. They’ve got away a bit. We have very little margin for error.”
- Santi Cazorla, pre-Swansea.
AHB, we will finish far above Swansea this season with far more points.
Swansea are a good mid-table side who play some nice stuff, they are not better than us in any way, shape or form.
Batmanu so if you'd be happy with it, why do you want the manager to leave?!
we're not creating chances because we're in bad form. anyone who thinks how we're playing now is how good we are has mental problems seriously
If we finish 4th and Wenger stays at Arsenal it will be the same story again next season. We'll sell Sagna and some other first team player in the summer and replace them with a couple of mediocre players. Wenger will still stubbornly persist with Ramsey and Gervinho and we'll be out of the title race before the end of October. After that we'll depend on Spurs and Liverpool to feck up more than us so we can get the prized 4th place trophy again.

Said this yesterday. We have a very good squad. But we have a terrible team. Nobody's fault but Wenger's. You can't blame the board for picking the wrong team every week, making laughable subs every week, setting the same tactics every week, using the same formation every week with the exception of 2 very desperate situations in the last 5 years (2-0 down vs WBA away and 4-1 down vs Readying away). It is also not the board's job to motivate the team. Wenger is not doing his job properly and he no longer has world class players to mask over his defficiencies as a manager.
"Batmanu so if you'd be happy with it, why do you want the manager to leave?!"
I will be happy with it because with Wenger and this squad it is the best we can achieve. What do you not understand about that
Replace the manager and I would have higher expectations.
1. No one knows what the problem is.
2. Santi apparently believes the team showed a desire to win against Villa.
3. He admits there are periods of the game that the team don’t know how to control.
Still not worried?

everything he said in that you could of worked out for yourself, and was a planned statement. and he never said the teams were better then us just indicating they are more consistent.
do you really think if he thought we were bad he would publicly state we are sh11te? no he wouldn't, stop trying to outsmart people for no reason as you will just get found out.
Weren't you WengerIn at the time you made that comment though? so why would your expectations have been higher with a different manager

Answer my three points and let's see who's 'found out'.

you will never get someones true opinion in the media as it has too much influence. develop your own mind, and try to think logically for yourself
Kamran- I remember you saying that we will close the gap on the Manchester clubs this season, do you still see us closing that 19 point gap this season?
Wenger in? I have made myself pretty clear for more than a year that I am neither Wenger in or out. Always made excuses for him, always tried to be objective, but always knew deep down that this day would come. Where I would run out of excuses for him and completely lose faith in him. I support Arsenal FC not Arsene Franchise. He has to go.

I said we could CHALLENGE for the title if we signed 2-3 more players. I stand by that.
in your opinion he has to go. thankfully your opinion means feck all in what Arsenal do.
We'll miss you Cesc, I remember people like Kamran and 8bit saying we would compete for the title and even 8bit said we would finish above United AFTER we sold them RVP.
Funny how now it is all about finishing top 4. Excuses after excuses.
How far behind do you think we'll finish behind the league leaders this time around?
i think we can challenge for the title with this team. players just need to settle and find form

Fair point.
I think you're a huge tw/at.
Made my mind up about that one all on my own too.

Kamran, they've outplayed us twice now on the trot. Outfought, outthought, outpassed, outmoved us. Our resources dwarve theirs so of course we should finish ahead of them at the end of the season, but that doesn't make Wenger a better manager than Laudrup or Rodgers.
