It is a silly fine, it is like in football, you rest a player because they are tired. he has done itb efore and not got fined, only think he got fined because it was a national tele game and stern was at that game.

Probs cos it was a big game yes. If it was Spurs vs Bobcats I doubt he would get into trouble for resting players then!
