If you buy a player from foreigns and then want to release him again, do you get the price you paid or just half?

What about having a rule where you can only include 5 first teamers in it?
That's like what I was thinking. But I think teams should only be able to start 6 players from their last game. That way a team who might be stuck in the mid-table nothingness can play a fairly weak side in the league, but then have their strongest XI playing in the cup where they can actually win something. Think it would open up the league as well, with teams playing weaker XI's meaning all the games will be open.
Because there's 12 of us, we'd have to have 4 byes in the first round.
The bottom four teams should get byes. Ether that or randomise it.
Or just do 6 matches in the first round.
Then draw 2 of the losers out to be 'lucky losers' and re-entered in the 2nd round.

The FA Cup will be ran this season alongside the league, and there will be a limit to the amount of first-teamers you can play (players from the previous league fixture). This means you can prioritise (if you want a cup run play less first-team in the league, or vice versa).
I don't know how it'll work but the 4 bottom teams of the league getting byes might work.
Giving the four bottom teams byes make it more interesting in my opinion.
