I've gotta go to rugby training during the first half too. Could be out of the CL in theory by the time I sit down to watch the second half.

I can't understand why people aren't just sacking stuff off.

I've got lessons to plan for tomorrow, but that will be left. I am off to the pub now. Screw the kids.

I would under normal circumstances but our rugby team is in the midst of a crisis, haven't won for 5/6 games and not trained properly for 5/6 weeks, so need to get it back.

UEFA strike again. That referee has sent off players for City, Arsenal and Chelsea in CL matches apparently. Shrewd choice by Platini's mob.

The good news for Utd is Webb is ref for Sunday. Guaranteed favouritism for Utd there, not that they'll need it.

We did not play well with 10 men. Inter Milan and indeed Chelsea have shown you can survive a CL tie against the best with 10 men but we were inept.

Don't let that detract from the fact there is absolutely no way we should have been reduced to 10 men.

Will be Hodgey, on my PGCE course at the minute, will be qualified in June.

On the game last night, ridiculous decision. Struggled initially with 10 men, but after that we created 5+ clear scoring opportunities, and would have gone through had it not been for Diego Lopez!!

but Rafa should have gone for hand ball on the line - penatly given and all in all Real Madrid just about deserved it although there wasn't anything between the team for me
