Don't think I could lose Hazard for a minor gain at CB, especially as I think I've found a player everyone's missed and I'm saving up for him I could do it for Nasri I suppose, purely because I genuinely dislike him (good as he is...)

Actually just seen that list of CB's you posted, no one seems to rate Mexes If I were to lose Hazard for Hulk who's very hit and miss I'd need Schmelzer to shore up my left hand side a bit:
