N'zogbia's strength is when he is directly attacking the defence; he's reasonably quick, got great control and a wicked shot. At Wigan he had Rodagella feeding him balls as he broke from midfield; he's really a deep lying attacker rather than a midfielder.
Under McLeish he was played strictly as a midfielder, often out wide, not in a position to do much damage. Yet to see how he works out under Lambert, as he's been injured. But he scored a crucial third goal when we beat Man C 4-2 in the cup. I think if he can be played fairly far forwards he's got great potential.

Day only ruined as my lad ended up in A&E with hole in his shin from yesterday and misses cup game this morning
