I really do think we shouldn't have fecked around [have three guys on the goaline whilst the keeper goes roaming]
it is so easy to slap on a youtube vid and muck around/relegate, but we can only promote ourselves when we're sweating and are focused

An inquest into tonight's pro clubs performances needs to be reviewed. I expect a five minute presentation from manager Chambers and Club Captain Penguin tomorrow on how the team's attitude and performances can be improved for the rest of the season. Failure of appearance and preparation will be met with exceptional circumstantial punishment.

The reason for that 'lol' game was because getting promoted from division four is easy as fúck. Despite the fact that we've messed up the first two, we can easily get promoted from this position. This is subconscious from us and results in the lack of effort.

We will easily win promotion like we always do from division 4 this time round.

A greater focus is required for division three, however. We always struggle in it, which is confusing because when we play in division 4 we look like a really good team. If we play completely to our potential we can win games in division three, but it may take a few tries to get up to division 2.

This will require much, much more focus from the whole team. Someone MUST be a Centre Back. Someone MUST be a CM. Those are the two positions we have to fill before we can have anyone up front.

In addition, if we're gonna have times where everyone just goes on a mad one, let's not play pro clubs! Let's just go into team play or play an entirely different game together

If we focus together we can get to division one, I'm sure of it. It's time to go for it.

IMO, this is the sort of shape that'll be our strongest squad. I've been practicing Centre Back and I'll play well there (Ignore yesterday's LOLfest) and with this sort of firepower we could get promoted to div 1. Need some width though, we'll variate that.

Sorry for the long and unstructed post, it was just some ideas.
