Managers don't have that much control over transfer policy at CFC

Levy operates in that way, and it hasn't done Tottenham any harm.
Roman like's to have a say in signing's and that hasn't done us much harm funnily enough Torres was one of the few where the manager decided, no wonder Carlo ws sacked.
