Dartmouth I've said before the FA should make examples of teams like them and Portsmouth and cap their wages and spending etc until they can operate within there means.

I do think when this new law comes in about spending what you earn etc or how it works we'll soon see things evening themselves out.

I suspect that the "new law" will be about as effective as a crackdown on tax avoidance. Need I say more?
