Team I think is our best:

........................Guzan...........................
Lowton.......Vlaar.......Baker.......Clark
....................El Ahmadi........................
.............Bannan........Ireland................
Weimann.........................Agbonlahor
........................Benteke.......................

With Albrighton, Bent + N'Zogbia making up a strong bench.

He seems keen on the 3-5-2 variation so would say a CB is a must to pley alongside Vlaar and Clark

On paper with the new signings (I am also undecided on Bennett) and the youngsters starting to perform we do have and can field a good side at the moment with a bit of Variety.

We do need to strengthen and I'd keep Dunne and Given till the end of the season. Decent loans in window aka Milner if he would come back and some more bargain buys either from the lower leagues or abroad and we should be ok.

There is still a long way to go till the end of the season and certain injuries could upset the balance of the side.

You've got to have Westwood in there. He's got the makings of a top player.

Yep Westwood for Delph.

Would like to think that with Ireland and N'Zogbia somewhere in side we were more potent.

On paper our strongest team + bench is this:

.....................Guzan........................
Lowton.....Vlaar.....Baker.....Clark
............El Ahmadi.....Ireland..........
Gabby......N'Zogbia.......Weimann
........................Benteke..................

Subs: Given, Lichaj, Dunne, Westwood, Bannan, Holman, Bent.

I really hope what I read isn't true + Lambert is going to replace the likes of Bent + N'Zogbia with Forrester, Murphy (who?) + Murray (who?). Maybe Keane on loan would be ok, but I'd really like us to look at more Belgian + Dutch internationals to add to the likes of Vlaar + Benteke. I think we'd be building a squad of real potential if we follow that, the potential to be back in Europe again. Remember Bent under Houlllier + N'Zogbia at Wigan. These are the type of players we need to be building around + Lambert needs to realise this. They have the potential to be key players in our team + can help the youngsters. I hope the team he puts out at Chelsea has more experience in it because I fear Westwood + Bannan will get overrun tomorrow. They're good, technical players, but tomorrow we need to go for as much experience + quality as possible if we want to win (which we are capable of doing).
