Do it for Jesus boys, it is what he wld have wanted.
booking for evans - clattered robinson
All I asked for Christmas was three points.
Bloody Santa.
agonizing frustration according to bloomers
what do you expect from a fat bloke who favours red and white?
..and his name is an anagram of Satan...
sammon beaten in the air....a lot tonight, sadly
Final whistle. Appears clear cut chances were at a premium, Faye kept Sammon quiet. Getting caught cold early second half cost us.
damn it. 1-2 Hull defended well. chins up lads, have a fab Christmas, drown your sorrows!
Thanks for the thread, Mojaca, more fun than the game/result.
Hull a decent team but that formation at home, come on
Don't forget your complimentary glass of cava on the way out chaps....
Cap
Bow locks. Happy xmas one and all
Moja, glad I missed most of it
Aye Happy Christmas/Holidays all - it's good to be back.
I agree the thread was better than the game.
Be careful now.
Night night and Happy Christmas
BBC stats
Derby 15 attempts 8 on target
Hull 3 attempts 2 on target.
Obviously we need a decent striker but what's new.
2 people to blame for that:
Clough - for his negative tactics and inability to change a game.
Sammon - for being 5hit. Totally ineffective, again. Even his own players were having a go at him. I could write a book about his deficiencies as a forward
Thoroughly disappointing, but this is ridiculous, Baz, I'm sorry.
The formation was negative, but has anyone thought that players might have been carrying injuries (Bryson) & not up to speed?
A bit of credit should also go to the opposition. They have won seven games away, not through fantastic counter-attacking football but a solid defence.
Hull possess a squad that has had money spent on it & Proschwitz didn't sound impressive - and he cost the best part of £2m.
Blame? I blame the idiots who wasted £30m and left us floundering towards League 1.And it should be remembered Hull were floundering too until they were taken over.

Fie and pi5h. He was rubbish tonight, but so were many others. He was also left rather isolated by our irritatingly negative formation. Most of the time however Sammon plays very well. His finishing leaves much to be desired, but his hold up play is quality. Go ahead and write your book, but you may as well write one for every striker playing at this level, because strikers without several deficiencies tend to play exclusively in the Premiership.
Aww pants. Went out tonight when we were drawing 1-1, came home and we had lost. Damn damn damn
