just hope he turns out a player that Chelsea regretted letting go in Johnson and not another Joe Cole if it happens.
i don't really have an opinion yet on whether he will be any good, but if he puts on the red shirt he will get my support.

Chelsea fans were in tears and be goin into mad depression and shít when Glen Johnson left. One dude even cut a bóllock off in protest. Those times were crazy bro. Mad crazy.
Chelsea would love to have Johnson playing for them again.
Fact.
Dont rate Sturridge and really didn't want him at Liverpool, of course if he comes i will get behind him.
I wasn't keen on BR but i hold my hands up BR seems a perfect man for our club and i have every bit of confidence in him bringing the glory days back
Ivanovic is a perfectly good RB as is Azpilicueta
Pace, skill, can play all 3 attacking positions and most important of all he has a point to prove. I think he will be a great signing.
Under avb and at bolton he was very good
Lol at Johnson. Such a bad player.
But feel Sturridge will do well for your lot. Big pitch at anfield and will capitalise on his speed with passes from Gerard etc
Lol at Johnson. Such a bad player

Top player end of.
How can anyone say Johnsons a bad player? You just look like a clueless fool by saying ridiculous things like this.
One thing is true though, Chelsea do have a cracking RB of their own in Ivanovic. So they probably don't have too many regrets over Johnson. But it's hard to argue we have our own excellent RB....
I'd take Johnson as a LB, if Cole does leave, wouldn't impact us too much at RB though.
sturridge, awful player
12 million, chelsea doing a good job of recouping some of that torres fee

It's the way it is. One club buys a player, the less intelligent fans from other clubs come out with all the old cliches about how poor they are and what a waste of money they are.
Buts it's ok, they can't help it, they're 'special'.
I just think its a little worrying 3 top draw managers have all looked at him and thought no he doesn't cut the mustard at the top level. The expectation/competition wont be as high at Liverpool than say at City or Chelsea at this moment in time but at 23 you normally are at a level where you know if you're good enough or not, time for potential is now surely over and he must succeed at Anfield for him to stay in the top flight?

He couldn't play under Benitez due to injury. RDM he was dropped, as was Romeu for Mikel as he looked for experience and reliability over more talented but more unpredictable, inexperienced players. AVB and Coyle have him chances, he definitely justified it.
