I'm honestly not concerned.

I live in a world where things take time. I believe that SOD will eventually get us playing exciting football and in time win us promotion.

I'm not part of the 'want it now' generation. I'm happy to wait until next Christmas (if so be it) to re-evaluate.

If the owners are of the same persuasion as the 'sack him' brigade then there is absolutely nothing I can do about it and I'm not going to waste my time moaning and crying about it as it's out of my hands.

So there is my answer.

Merry Christmas everybody.

The fact of the matter is that the fans are losing faith in him and after listening to Billy Sharp's interview on Saturday the players as well and if things don't change quickly after that, then he will be off.

Boxing day will be a massive game for him, if he loses then I think he will be off.

Also that would be ironic if he was sacked on boxing day, as Calderwood was sacked on boxing day after losing to SOD's Donny team

Give him time?
I think so, we're not playing great at the moment but there have been signs this season and for the first time we have got a fully fit squad - so no excuses from here on in.
I think there is more pressure on SOD from above than there is from any supporters though. His interviews are always honest and to the point but over the last couple of weeks he seems to be a bit jaded and although still honest he has looked for the odd excuse or 2.
This has coincided with Omar leaving, maybe Fawaz is getting a little frustrated like some of the other fans and wants to be a bit more hands on as he realises that as long as we stay in the championship he is loosing and will carry on loosing his hard earned cash.
Is this then putting a little more pressure on SOD?
I think it could be but hope he is given till the the season at least...

Give him time. He's had to assemble what was a threadbare squad in virtually no time at all.

We all know how competitive this league is. We are still in with a shout, particularly if he improves our defence - which I'm sure he will.

Whichever way you think, i think the confirms the suspicions that Fawaz is getting frustrated as well.

We are not satisfied with our level in last game but with our fans support in next game we can see The RED ARMY. COYR #nffc

Its not only you Caniggia.

For many people, displaced anger may be a minor psychological issue. In fact, few people notice displaced anger as a psychological problem because it is both common and typically minor. Certain stressful situations involving power imbalances can create dangerous and enduring cases of anger displacement that may need to be seriously evaluated and treated. A psychologist or other mental health professional may be able to point to exercises that will help a person overcome unhealthy anger displacement and replace this coping strategy with more effective ways of dealing with anger.

I hope this helps Backo.

Amusingly, throughout this thread only Derby obsessives have called for the return of a certain Mr Davies.
