What a brilliantly articulate rant as a football fan. I have no views on Bolton, but as a football fan I understand and there have been times when I have felt exactly the same way.
Hope things change for you.
Well ranted THC, i didnt go today because i justifyably expected an abject performance, whilst this current crop of overpaids grace the reebok not much is going to change.
As for venting off well done, there's nothing wrong with passion & a little shown in the pitch might produce better results.
5*
We are back where we started. Changed the manager while having overpaid players on contracts doing nowt on the pitch starting over again.
The club needs major surgery starting at the board room. The first words being thanks Phil for everything but now time to give somebody else a crack. Change the lot to stop the rot and change direction. Who's gonna pay in these times ? I think its probably too late.
I could have stormed the board room yesterday, cold wet miserable like the lot of them.
I missed the game yesterday and hoped that I'd regret doing so. Sadly from what I've heard and read it was the most abject, pathetic display of so called football that has ever been seen.
This season is now officially a write off. Limp home in mid table and see what the summer brings.
As for the over zealous stewards don't get me started on them lot.
If I could have made it, I'd have been stood there shouting with you. The team haven't given two shts this season and fully deserve it
I didn't attend yesterday's debacle but expected the worse after we went behind.
We can forget all about promotion as a relegation fight is more likely until we acquire a defence who can defend and a goalkeeper with confidence.
To lose to two of the bottom clubs in the way we have recently is a disgrace. The players are just not up for it...they got us relegated in the first place and owe us big time.
I fully enjoyed reading your rant too, THC. Good to get it off your chest mate.
THC - Driving home yesterday I felt like to cat in Tom and Jerry, sliding down the side of the ship, claws ripping into the hull, praying that the fall would end and that I'd hit water at last.
It may be a good thing that all the pre-season expectations have sailed over the horizon; that finally we can build on youth and not pamper to the current failures; that we can scrap the infatuation with wingers and return to a solid system, and that Eddie has enough cash to buy the life raft when we finally hit that water.
