Negative dross? You'll be used to that then, eh, bitter blue?

Go and enjoy the trophy cabinet down at the flat pack.

Spoon, He can't be any worse than Sven. Now run along.

Sven!

I thought the bitters were going to "walk it" last season!

Just like this season.

Never won a proper trophy.

Just look at the league table Florist fans.
At the minute we're in the play offs - can't see you in there :D

Even though we do play continental style passing football as did Hull when he was in charge there. It seems that it's not only their trophy cabinet that's out of date!!

Oh and sorry I forgot to laugh at the appointment of McLeish ha ha 😄

It seems you are 😉

I've probably seen Leic play more times this season than you if you think you play continental style passing football! Please show me these stats the prove it.

I very much doubt you have, I've got a season ticket and we've got the best shot accuracy in the league at 60.9% before the Hull game.

We've carved teams apart this season including Forest and if you were at that game you would know! A dodgy penalty got you back into that game after we missed a hat full of chances, is your memory that short?

posted on 28/12/12

We also had 65% possession against Cardiff and 18 shots on goal, 13 on target but as is the story of our season we couldn't put our chances away but we created them by playing good football 😉

posted on 28/12/12

And ask the Derby fans how good we were in the first 30 mins, the football we played was sublime. We took them apart and scored two goals, admittedly then we stepped off the gas and let them back into before finally beating them 4-1 👍

I saw that game and you did not carve Forest apart. I'm honest enough to admit we were lucky to get a draw but we were poor that day. We also played Cardiff off the park, as did Peterborough so that hardly makes you stand out. Leicester are an average side with a decent Chanpionship manager. Nothing more than that.

posted on 28/12/12

And you are just a below average Championship side with a terrible manager

posted on 28/12/12

Terrible manager? That's being polite!
Did naff all at Birmingham or Villa and will so the same at Forest.

League 1 soon for you guys!

I've actually quite enjoyed the reaction over the last few days.

"O'Driscoll's gone! The question is, who's coming in? the owners have said they're speaking to a PREMIERSHIP MANAGER!!! This sounds promising..."

"I've heard a rumour it's MARTIN O'NEILL! Fantastic!"

"Ok, it's not O'Neill. But I tell you who's out of work: DI MATTEO!"

"Might not be Di Matteo. How about Mark Hughes? He used to be good?"

"Ah, so Mark Hughes isn't interested. Hmm. Just heard that Roy Keane was spotted at the game. Pfft. I suppose he's ex-Forest and might bring some fire to the team."

"Keane's out. Well who else is left?"

"Oh merciful ****."

I'm disappointed though: After all, if McLeish had turned you down as well, next on the list would probably be Gordon Strachan.

By the way, this from a Tonto article is a snorter:

"There were only two candidates who I would like to have seen appointed following SoD's dismissal and they were RDM and King Billy and I don't either were better altrernatives."

posted on 28/12/12

To be fair most of us were unhappy as soon as he was sacked and only a deluded few thought it would be Di Matteo or O'Neill. Nobody wanted Hughes and not many Keane. So you're completely wrong. But good effort.

Lol Dunge.

Lets all laugh at Forest, Lets all laugh at Forest lalalala lalalala!

These Leicester fans really need to wind their necks in!
What if the impossible happened and they fail to get promoted in season £70+ mil

The Derby fans claim we are 3-4 seasons behind them with regards to falling in line for the FFP reg's which I suppose puts us 3 seasons behind Leicester in the Boom or Bollloxed stakes

posted on 28/12/12

The argument here is whether we play good football or not and I think you'll find that any opposing fans would agree that we do.

We're not saying we're the best team in the league, we get out muscled by physical teams and we only seem to have a plan A which incidentally is to play passing football. We're all hoping for a plan B and with a couple of additions to the squad we may well have that!!
