Our actual away record is won 8 drawn 3 lost 1 for 27 points out of 43.
It is the best away record of all the teams in all divisions.
Also i didnt realise that Chris Brown was so old.
At an average of 40 games a season he would have had to have played for them for 30 years to get those 1200 appearances in.
Sorry Ny but i couldnt resist pointing that out.
However, otherwise a good pre match summary but i wish we could get over the fixation with SoD and concentrate on the Rovers.
As Stanton has pointed out - a win today really sets up the New Years Day game with Sheff Utd.
I just wonder how many floating Rovers fans will make the effort to support the team.

Just had a look at the fixtures for our league and as Alex says, you would fancy Sheff Utd andf Tranmere for comfortable wins today and Brentford should be too good for Shrewsbury.
A win today for us would nicely open up a bigger gap for the top four.
