Because Gervinho is already gold.
Technically, he cannot be sold in the summer
AHB - Spot on!
Under any other Prem manager, and I do mean any other, Walcott would be languishing in League 2 playing right wing these days

Wenger is obstinate and thinks that he can always extract the footballer from the donkey when it's plainly impossible to do so. And Gervinho would be a miracle beyond even Wenger's talents.
Kam well I wasn't one of those people. I made it abundantly clear that I wanted Walcott to stay. But the point is that we always get ourselves into this position and we can not keep scréwing ourselves over because we'll keep falling further and further away from the other sides until our 'best' players aren't that good anymore and we're languishing in mid table obscurity.
If we had just negotiated earlier with other players and were a little more ruthless, our future would be so different right now and we wouldn't be put in a position where we risk losing a player on a free or having to take the cash.
Did you get through batman??
If Walcott leaves us then he will have a chance of trophies.

This is some turnaround, last week you wanted Wenger hung by the nuts, now he's the messiah again.
Boris, he won't be sold in the summer (assuming he's not signing the thing with us meanwhile) as his contract expires then, but he can choose where to go

Who's called him the messiah?
Wow Boris this is just terrible

There's no denying his ability to nurture, no point in not admitting this.
If he can turn donkeyshit into gold I assume turning water into wine would be a breeze.

Batmanu has always been like this tbh. Changes his mind more often than a baby changes its nappies.
Boris, one thing I will say is that even though I don't have faith in Wenger as manager anymore, he is a far superior manager to Mancini!
Nice of you to constantly buy up our donkeyshit at gold prices and then watch it inevitably turn back into the former at the hands of your soulless club.
Sorry Batmoanu, I had to have one last dig.
I'll leave you alone for the rest of the day.
Cheers for the £25m you gave us for Ade btw
