Walcott to Chelsea then looks like.
Depends on Theo leaving or not.
If Theo leaves, I'd have Giroud, Ba and Podolski as a front 3, which is not bad, but not great either.
If Theo stays, don't need Ba, unless he's willing to accept reasonable wages, then we might as well
They probably want him as back up for Torres when he should be their no1 striker,
Really don't think Theo will go to Chelsea.
I want David Villa and Geoff Arsenal says he wants us
Appearently his wages demands too high
Doesn't surprise me, there's no way he's coming to Arsenal. His only motivation is money and that's just not us.
He'll probably end up at inter or something
PSG then if their interest is genuine.
We'll probably end up having a really shaiiite transfer window, selling Theo, promoting Chamakh and getting henry on loan
Just been to the Chelsea board and as I suspected, he doesn't want to be 2nd fiddle to Torres.
I agree that if Theo goes we should get him. With the £7m release clause we could even pay him a good signing on fee and not break the wage structure. For example £3m (total cost £10m) and if he leaves within say 4 years he has to pay part of it back.
How much would a goal scorer with his current record cost without the release clause, far more than Im suggesting imo.
I agree about the price IAGN, but his effect on the team (not on the pitch) would not be great for us. His ethics seem to go against everything we stand up for. Whoring himself off to clubs etc, we can't put up with that kind of attitude anymore
Wouldn't pay much attention to that yet. It's probably a way his agent trying to get more money and better deal from chelsea. Still won't be surprised if he ends up there.
It worries me that we're not really being linked with any DMFs. Only M'Vila has been mentioned. I'd prefer Mavuba, Sissoko or Capoue tbh
It's because we won't sign a single player
"diaby back in training"
FML, if that happens again, I give up
Yeah I'm still in the camp of thinking we're more likely to sign no body, than bring someone in.
Even if we just buy Zaha I won't be pleased at all

Didnt expect you to be that naive.
It seems the only reason he might not go to Chelsea is because he wants MASSIVE wages - in which case we cannot afford him anyway...
