Sounds promising!

Bryan's maybe a pre-contact announcement
Brayns
We can sign him on a free transfer now for the summer
Holtby has been discussed today.
appspur appears to watch much more Bundesliga stuff than most of us, and has said from what he has seen, the boy is a prospect.
Going for Holtby is a no-brainer as there is no/little fee, and he can offer us some creativity.
Not sure whether or not we'd be wanting to pay for him now or get him to sign a pre-contract agreement with him arriving in the summer.
i never understand this pre-contract stuff.
either it;s a contract or it isnt a contract
The guy on the Spurs community got his facts wrong.............................Holtby's mother is German! His father is English and was serving in Rheindalen in the military when he met Holtby's mother. Holtby was born in Germany.
Think he would be a good signing, likened to a young Gerrard, who turned out to be okay as a player!

I think it will be a pre-contract this January, which means he'll arrive in the summer on a free.
Pre contract kinda gig I think.....signed now.....arrive summer.....!?
"i never understand this pre-contract stuff"
Nor the "actual" stuff either it seems.
pre-contract doesnt mean anything guys
Spurs Community is. But the info has been coming from elsewhere.
Would be hilarious if holtby chose us over arsenal..first vertonghen and now possibly holtby
Would be silly for us to sign him now, better of him finishing the season in Germany and playing some CL games before coming to us.

Another one not WC enough for them.
Holtby couldn't play in a midfield with any two of Cazorla, Wilshere and Arteta. They'd be murdered.
He'd fit in perfectly with two of Sandro, Dembele, Parker though.
Thanks for the link... It made for good reading (regardless of if its authentic or not...)
Hi, I do indeed dabble in a bit of Bundesliga. Bloody good league really.
As I said this morning, he's a versatile lad prefers playing behind the striker but can play most of midfield comfortably. His best asset in my opinion is that at 22 he is very consistent.
He's no longer eligible for England as Germany sensibly snapped him up. Not the very best of the current crop of young Germans (but considering the players they have it's an insane achievement to be near them) but he made the initial 28 man squad for Euro '12 injury held him back from making the final cut
Very good prospect indeed. Especially if we signed for free! (No idea how this pre contract malarky works)
Do people seriously not know what a ore-contract is? Did Bosman never make the news?
When a player's contract runs out in any given Summer, on Jan 1 of that year he is free to sign a contract at a new club (abroad only) which starts as soon as his current one ends. No transfer fee involved
