Why would UEFA have anything to do with a friendly?
The Italian FA are just as bad. So expect a ban on Boateng .
How dare he not put up with some racist idiots abusing when he just wants to play the game he loves?
It wasn't a UEFA competition was it? Even if it were, what could they do, if they punished a player for such an act, in any way, they'd be encouraging players and football associations to stand up against them.
It was a friendly, nothing to do with either UEFA or IFA. Unless there is a complaint then it is nothing to do with either.

because every match especially at the professional level played on European soil is under the authority of UEFA.
Friendlies are not counted as professional games, which is why players without work permits and trialists can play in friendlies in UK.
Unless there is a complaint UEFA nor the IFA will have anything to do with a friendly.
well let's assume that Milan do indeed file a complaint to UEFA against what's-their-name .... getting back to my original question , could UEFA really hand out a heavier punishment on Boateng than that club?
Why would UEFA hand out any punishment to Boateng. What do they care if a friendly isn't finished.
It won't be the first time a friendly has been stopped early. I remember one game where a manager thought the opposition were too rough and in danger of injuring his team that he called an end to the game.
Oh, I have just caught on. This is in reference to the under 21 game, wherein various England players and coaching staff got involved in throwing punches at opposition players and staff following racist abuse, and 2 were subsequently banned for a couple of matches extremely justifiably.
You are arguing against yourself mate. Make your poibnt and stick to it
I made my point. UEFA and IFA will not do anything to Boateng.
What it will take is a major incident of this ilk to happen in a big CL game. UEFA will only take action if their flagship competition is harmed in any way
