John and Reuben are going to be very good players and I'm glad they've been given a chance to prove themselves this season. Danny Rose hasn't had this chance but I'm delighted that he made the best of the 10 minutes he got today and netted the winner. We don't really have many other options at the moment up front so it's great to see one of our youngsters bagging an important goal and hopefully he'll be given another chance against the Weeds next weekend.
On the game, I chose to give it a miss (as did many others by the looks of it) and listened on player. By the sounds of it we got lucky with the mistake leading to Rose's winner, but with the luck we've had this season I think we were due one flukey effort.
Other than that it sounds like we dominated, albeit against 10 men, and I'm just happy we've got a home win for once and a 4th round tie to look forward to.
And our reward is Hull or Leyton Orient away
Obviously hope Orient win the replay. Never been there for a start.
you never know new manager new players may install confidence and it is a cup match and anything can happen in the one off games ask chelsea and liverpool so bring it on
Blackpool have had a bid for Wiseman accepted
Hahahahaha lol...
Obviously no 'Wise men' at Bloomfield Road.
Good luck to him..and more importantly them
Not a good draw. I have been to Leyton Orient though - was in East London as a student in the late 1960s and used to watch them. Either place will be very difficult.
