Its not My elbow has been pretty painful even after 4 months and Ive been advised to lay off it completely.

Back in maintenence mode still deciding what to do, have no reason to cut so may just watch my weight for a couple of months until I heal up.

Is there a way to find out if you're banned from a board or if someone has filtered you? Or do you just find out when you try to post and you can't?

If you are banned from a board you can't comment on any thread.

I was banned for an article suggesting that Aquaman was the PL's most costly flop and then failing to moderate the article when it got out of hand. Apparently it's not ok to visit your grandad in hospital and leave one of your articles unattended for a couple of hours.

I've always slaggged Downing off, even back in his Boro days. He only got into the England squad cause he is left footed.

I've wummed them before but was being serious about Downing, to get banned for that was quite sad but they are an incredibly over sensitive bunch when it comes to there players.

The article about Downing was on the England board too, it wasn't even on the Liverpool board
