Lukaku doesn't seem to want too come back.

The chance to recall Lukaku has gone, he's better off at WBA playing every game than coming back to Chelsea. Would probably be a good idea for him to stay there for another season especially if Chelsea sign Falcao......

Club in our situation should have three strategically chosen strikers per year - this year it should've been Torres, Sturridge & Lukaku. Three strikers with different attributes to offer, three men with different personalities, mentalities and journeys, with all three being equally recognised by the club in it's immediate future.

Next season Falcao, Ba and another should work - that other should no longer be Lukaku who should spend another year on loan, he's making too much progress away from us now to drag him back.

Can't say I blame him, JustMatt. We made him look like a fool last season, so it's only fair to assume he's hurting a little bit.

Give him another season at WBA and we'll hopefully have a monster in our midst.

That guy is only 19!!!

Just wait till he is 24/25 when he starts coming into his prime physically, he already bullies fully grown men like they're not even there. If he develops a killers finishing instinct by then, he would in no doubt be a world class striker......I actually think he can be better than Drogba. We should forget about Lukaku over the next 3 seasons after this!

Agree Psychologist, Ba, Torres (unlikely we'll be able to shift him) and Falcao would be ideal for next season but we'll see what happens!

Lukaku isn't very good tbh.

I would also like us to see developing Feruz in a similar way. Loan him to a club that would use him, let him establish himself in the premier league and then bring him back. We could have the big man little man partnership upfront in a few years.

Lukaku!

Oh well...

He's not 19. He's 29. Look it up. He was snuck into Belgium at the age of 10, whereby his new passport stated he was a newborn.
He became the world's largest newborn. He's in the Guinness World record book.

Dubbed does come out with some nonsense but this is entertaining nonsense.

Damn, I'm 29 and look no where near as youthful as he does. Whats his secret?

i only want him back if well see him feature. unless we get shot of the £50 million dud there's no point even bringing Lukaku back

posted on 14/1/13

He said in an interview that he wants another season at WBA, and doesn't care about how Chelsea are doing

I think Chelsea will lose Lukaku because what he's trying to do is to make WBA his home and send in a transfer request. Chelsea should recall him or extend his contract and then loan him again so even if they want to buy him they will have to pay more.

posted on 14/1/13

Why should we bring him back against his will?

posted on 14/1/13

because we paid 18million for him!

posted on 14/1/13

the real value of Lukaku will be seen next term if he improves...he has shown the promise we saw in him already...

He could be the next Drogba....he could fade away...& be just another Carlton Cole

I think it's another pathetic inditement of our youth policy - really what was the point of buying him?

We left him with the reserves for a year, now loaned him out for a season with the prospect of another to follow!!!!

Honestly - whats the fecking point!

brum...we don't do 'point' as a rule....

it's one of our rules De Bruyne is another in the same bracket
