The reason behind the TM transfers is because it takes the pressure off us. Instead of us been the bad guys saying no to transfers that aren't deemed good enough TM takes that away from us. Your also releasing players and making money that way to sign better players . We like it and I think you will too if you gave it a try .

The two transfer systems are identical. All that needs to be agreed is which days the window is open and how many transfers per day/week.

my advice, go with TMvalues, but for say the first season don't allow any signings over 5M or 10M? Really keep everyone closely matched. Infact apart from a decent starting budget I'd then really keep cash bonuses down. I'd increase the maximum £ you can pay for a player so slowly, forcing the league to have longtivity. Of course if you buy a player under 5M/10M and the TMvalue increases whilst you have the player that is well done you

I am the only person who has played both leagues from the start. The transfer systems are the same, only the days of the week need to be decided and how many transfers per day.
