rejected you need to have a valid reason why you want to use last weeks.
However, di you should have checked qprs tactics as to why he used last weeks. check if he gave a reason if not then cef deserves the points.
el dios said hes busy during the week and doesnt have much time for tactics so hes just using the last league tactics. he didnt get much notice
though i do believe we need to have a limit of how many times you can use last weeks.
